°2 tsp olive oil
°2 tsp herb de provence
°1 tsp garlic powder
°1 tsp ground 5-berry pepper
°30g of grated parmesan (4 cases)
Preheat your oven to 200°C.
Wash the potatoes. Don’t peel them! Cutting them in half lengthwise and then to quarters.
Place them in a container that closes and sprinkle them with oil. Close and shake well to coat them evenly.
Mix the parmesan with the herbs de provence, garlic and pepper.
Add this powder to the potatoes. Close and shake again to coat the potato wedges well.
Carefully place the fries on a sheet of parchment paper and bake for 15-20 min.
